Swagbucks tailors its survey opportunities to you, meaning it needs to gather relevant info on your demographics and interests. By offering up this information on day one, you’ll get surveys that are a better fit for you.
After you answer the initial surveys, you can earn money by answering surveys and polls multiple times per day. More than likely, this is where a lot of your SBs will come from regularly. (Note that there is a daily cap on how many you can fill out).
As with all survey sites, you’ll find that Swagbucks occasionally finds you ineligible for specific surveys a few questions. It can happen when Swagbucks needs respondents of personal background or interest level, one you haven’t matched. Fortunately, in this case, Swagbucks will still give you a few SBs for trying.
You’ll see a ton of variety in your surveys, from testing ad effectiveness to polls about product appeal. These surveys will take you anywhere from 5 to 30+ minutes, and the payouts range as well. When you start, the surveys will be in the 30-100 SB range, but they’ll occasionally tip toward the 1500 SB or even 2000+ SB range as you progress.

Here’s the great thing about Swagbucks: you can earn SBs only for printing coupons that save you money anyway, plus you get SBs as a reward for actually using those coupons.
You can find Swagbucks coupons come from several industries, including retail, healthcare, and travel. You’ll earn a few SB per coupon, depending on the store and product, and you can print up to 50 coupons per day for 1 SB apiece. (You can also print to PDF if you don’t have a printer.)
Plus, whenever you follow through and use a printed Swagbucks coupon in-store, you’ll get 25 SBs! Knowing you’re earning for spending makes grocery runs much more satisfying.
Once you’ve completed your trip, you can submit your grocery receipts for cash as well, though you’ll need the Swagbucks Answer App to do so. When you get your ticket, snap a photo of it to earn 2 SB. Get into the habit of saving receipts to make some easy SB every week!

Swagbucks has its own search engine, which you can access through the search bar at the top left of your screen. Logistically, it’s no different from searching through other major search engines, and if you were already going to look something up, it’s an effortless way to earn.
You don’t have to tailor your searches at all: simply go about your daily business and enter whatever you’re looking for, from recipes to cat videos. Occasionally, you’ll be given Swagbucks codes to redeem for SBs.
If you really want to maximize your success, there are a few extra ways to ramp up your passive income.
First, set Swagbucks as your default search engine in your browser of choice. Next, start using the mobile app to search from your phone. In addition, you can install SwagButton, a plugin that allows you to search and activate rewards for online shopping.
